What you will do

• Lead cross-functional, global teams in the design and production introduction of new electronic products and systems.
• Develop and manage project plans, overseeing progress, costs, and stakeholder communication.
• Track and address electronics obsolescence, developing redesign and validation strategies.
• Advise and support engineers, managers, and suppliers on technical and business trade-offs.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior engineering staff.
• Utilize 6-Sigma and NPI methodologies to ensure efficient product development.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to work onsite in Woodridge, IL, five days a week.
• Strong knowledge of electronics engineering, circuit design, and PCB development.
• Proven experience in project management and troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with global cross-functional teams and suppliers.
