What you will do

• Lead and scale a team of technical accountants specializing in Real Estate Funds and SPV accounting.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure superior service delivery for US real estate clients.
• Act as a senior authority and 4-eyes signatory on accounting administration and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with professional advisors and intermediaries during investment transactions.
• Identify billing opportunities and participate in business development, including proposals and client pitches.
• Oversee the training, development, and health of the accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Significant experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant at a real estate-focused fund.
• Proven track record in building and scaling teams within a growing business.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial services and accounting standards.
• CPA certification or MBA in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi is highly preferred.
