What you will do
- Lead marketing workstreams for new product introductions, defining value propositions and launch narratives.
- Develop and maintain product positioning frameworks to support cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Create commercialization tools including sales decks, competitive comparisons, and product guides.
- Synthesize voice-of-customer and market insights to refine messaging and commercial effectiveness.
- Partner with demand generation and channel marketing teams to activate messaging across campaigns.
- Manage external agency coordination to ensure consistent execution of marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or commercialization, preferably in B2B.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical attributes into clear, customer-centric messaging.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with distributor, dealer, or contractor channels.
- Experience in water, industrial, or adjacent technical product categories.
