Location: Must be based in or able to work from Golden Valley, MN, Delavan, WI, or Brookfield, WI sites.

Salary: $82,300–$152,800/year.

What you will do

  • Lead marketing workstreams for new product introductions, defining value propositions and launch narratives.
  • Develop and maintain product positioning frameworks to support cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Create commercialization tools including sales decks, competitive comparisons, and product guides.
  • Synthesize voice-of-customer and market insights to refine messaging and commercial effectiveness.
  • Partner with demand generation and channel marketing teams to activate messaging across campaigns.
  • Manage external agency coordination to ensure consistent execution of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or commercialization, preferably in B2B.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical attributes into clear, customer-centric messaging.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with distributor, dealer, or contractor channels.
  • Experience in water, industrial, or adjacent technical product categories.
