Salary: $147,760 - $221,640

What you will do

• Develop and execute public affairs plans aligned with corporate narratives on advanced technology.
• Create content for various channels including op-eds, articles, web, and social media.
• Lead innovation-focused awards submissions in partnership with legal and engineering teams.
• Identify and secure speaking and thought leadership opportunities for executives.
• Engage with media, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify innovation stories.
• Support media relations and event engagements as a general media contact.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Peoria, Illinois or Irving, Texas, United States
• Proven exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to produce executive-level content.
• Experience in communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or related fields.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear messaging.
• Strong collaboration skills and discretion in high-visibility situations.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience developing integrated public affairs and media strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Experience in crisis communications or issues management.
• Familiarity with content strategy and navigating complex organizations.
