What you will do

• Lead teams of energy program process evaluation and market research professionals.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation, including development of plans, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities and supporting proposal development.
• Oversee primary and secondary data collection efforts and conduct technical data analysis.
• Provide guidance to junior and mid-level staff and lead the writing of technical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain client relationships and manage consulting business practices, including budgets, margins, and invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience with evaluation of Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs.
• Expert knowledge of study design, program evaluation, and utility industry operations.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact for client projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical report preparation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with DSM program evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience as a consultant.
• Proven track record of leading professional teams.
