Salary: $87,550 - $118,450 CAD per year

What you will do

• Maintain and manage a portfolio of customers subscribed to Expert Services, building long-term trust and credibility.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices to ensure optimal product usage.
• Execute technical configurations, including data modeling, Vena scripts, and template design.
• Conduct one-on-one training and coaching sessions for clients on design and template construction.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to identify expansion opportunities and define strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 4+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or finance/accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidations.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.

• Technical prowess and the ability to quickly master and simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to resolve difficult customer situations and turn them into advocates.
