Location: Remote within Canada, with options to work full time from the Toronto office or in a hybrid arrangement

Salary: CA$87,550–CA$118,450 per year

What you will do

• Manage a defined portfolio of customers subscribed to the Expert Services offering.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic extension of customer organizations.
• Provide design, architectural, advisory, and best-practice guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver training, product demonstrations, coaching, and education for customers.
• Configure customer solutions, including data models, Vena scripts, templates, and designs.
• Partner with Customer Success on strategic roadmaps, platform expansion, and customer advocacy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, finance, or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, month-end close, and general reporting.
• Excellent client interaction, presentation, organizational, and communication skills, including communication with C-level leaders.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to different end users.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada or from the Toronto office, including a hybrid arrangement.
