Project Manager (Automotive)

Location: Songdo, Incheon, South Korea; candidates must reside in Korea and have Korean proficiency appropriate for Korean business.

What you will do

• Lead customer and internal R&D projects, ensuring technical, cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage project initialization, planning, execution, budget control, reporting, and wrap-up.
• Coordinate cross-line and cross-location project organizations and enable effective collaboration.
• Represent hirify.global in customer communications and support customer relationship management and follow-up business.
• Form and direct project teams, provide instructions to project managers and reporting team members, and align technical direction with STLs.
• Review offers, manage escalations, and ensure effective handover from the Key Account Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering from a university of technology or university of applied sciences.
• Basic knowledge of internal combustion engines and calibration.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, including SOP projects.
• Residence in Korea and Korean proficiency appropriate for Korean business are required.
• Business English proficiency, particularly in written and spoken communication, is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of both large and small teams.
