What you will do
- Lead strategic growth and maintenance of an existing client base within a designated regional territory.
- Cultivate and strengthen key relationships with senior HR counterparts at partner corporations.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities within current corporate relationships and own execution.
- Educate corporate clients on service offerings using subject matter experts and articulate the firm’s strategic vision.
- Increase awareness and utilization of Ayco services among employees and executives at partner corporations.
- Collaborate on designing and implementing services, establish success metrics, analyze utilization/outcomes, and manage escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with employee benefits/compensation, marketing/sales, relationship management, and/or financial industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and detail-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Work, Excel, Windows, and PowerPoint.
- Potential travel required.
