Salary: PLN 15,300–17,000 gross monthly (Poland only).

What you will do

• Manage monthly accounting close processes and bookkeeping in collaboration with the Shared Service Centre.
• Oversee month-on-month movements in the General Ledger.
• Collaborate with the global Tax team on VAT and CIT filings.
• Manage local audits, taxation, and accounting vendors.
• Lead automation projects to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the launch of new business branches.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related finance role (4+ years for qualified accountants).
• Experience as an external auditor in financial services or as a financial controller in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of local direct/indirect tax regulations in Mexico.
• Solid understanding and application of IFRS standards.

Nice to have

• Accounting qualification.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm or financial control within banking.
• Ability to use SQL for analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with NetSuite.
