What you will do

• Prepare financial statements and perform accurate account reconciliations across all subsidiaries.
• Manage weekly cash forecast reporting and monitor bank activity for G/L booking.
• Ensure tax compliance by researching and communicating with tax authorities.
• Oversee the corporate credit card program, including issuance, deactivation, and limit monitoring.
• Collaborate with AR and AP teams to ensure accurate customer payments and vendor invoicing.
• Support year-end audits by providing necessary documentation to external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of related accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work in Tortosa, Spain (Hybrid).
• Ability to handle requirements of the Spanish Tax Agency.
