What you will do

• Lead the internal reporting team and manage external partners for Group financial reporting and statutory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with IFRS.
• Drive finance transformation and continuous process improvement, including ERP implementation and AI integration.
• Own Group treasury processes, including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Support end-to-end M&A transactions, from financial due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Maintain Group accounting policies and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Controlling or auditing with strong IFRS expertise.
• Deep expertise in Group consolidation and experience leading finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven experience managing treasury operations, banking relationships, and M&A projects.
• Fluent in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or Tagetik.
• Experience utilizing AI tools in a finance context.
