What you will do
- Identify opportunities for UX improvement and define best practices across the application.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Play a key role as the first dedicated UX hire in scaling the product experience.
Requirements
- Proven UX design experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design.
- Ability to work quickly with minimal documentation and technical support.
- Excellent communication skills.
