UX/UI Designer (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Own the complete design process for the ecommerce platform, from discovery and research to developer handover.
• Design customer journeys that balance commercial performance with a premium user experience.
• Collaborate with CRO, Product, and Development teams to translate customer insights into design iterations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, behavioral analysis, and A/B testing.
• Build interactive prototypes and maintain high standards of accessibility and responsive design.
• Operate as the UX/UI specialist within a creative team to shape the digital proposition.

Requirements

• Proven track record in ecommerce design with a strong handle on UX.
• Experience in end-to-end design: journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Ability to make informed design decisions backed by data and evidence rather than opinion.
• Excellent visual design skills capable of creating intuitive and elegant premium digital experiences.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Central London for 3 days per week.
