UX Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

UX Designer (Fintech): Designing end-to-end user journeys for financial services with an accent on accessibility and design system integration. Focus on creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and balancing business requirements with user research insights.

Location: Hybrid (London, Bristol, or Leeds). Must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at one of the office sites.

Salary: £61,344 - £80,780 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Craft end-to-end user experiences using components from a central design system.
• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma to bring designs to life.
• Balance business requirements with user needs, using research to align stakeholders.
• Advocate for customer inclusion, ensuring designs are accessible to users of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and developers to ensure designs meet technical specifications.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
• Strong prototyping and layout skills.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform the design process.
• Experience working with and improving existing design systems.
• Experience in financial services is highly preferred.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from London, Bristol, or Leeds offices.
