Location: Remote. Must be based in one of the following: UK, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or UAE.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end web design and UX for the Breakout website, including landing pages and core conversion flows.
• Develop an AI-driven design system consisting of components, templates, and prompts to enable non-designers to produce on-brand work.
• Extend the brand system across marketing surfaces, including lifecycle emails and organic social media.
• Govern and evolve the brand guidelines, component library, and asset toolkit to ensure consistency at scale.
• Create fast, code-backed clickable prototypes to test concepts and iterate rapidly.
• Collaborate with engineering for seamless handoffs and high-fidelity implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Deep command of Web UX, information architecture, and conversion design using Figma.
• Demonstrable expertise in AI design tools such as Claude Design, Figma AI, or Nano Banana Pro.
• Proven experience as a systems builder, creating reusable components and templates for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design across diverse marketing surfaces (web, email, social) while maintaining brand unity.
• Must be based in one of the listed supported countries.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance creative design for paid ad campaigns.
• Skills in motion and video design (After Effects, Rive, or AI motion tools).
• Front-end coding ability (HTML/CSS/React) or comfort with AI code tools like v0 or Lovable.
• Prior experience in crypto, fintech, or prop trading industries.
