UX/UI Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (SaaS): Designing and refining user journeys and interfaces for a publishing marketplace with an accent on design systems and component libraries. Focus on bridging the gap between design and implementation by developing front-end elements and simplifying complex user flows.

Location: Remote, must be based in Europe

Salary: £60K – £90K

What you will do

• Design new user journeys, features, and products across multiple applications.
• Maintain and evolve existing applications to improve user experience.
• Develop and document components, UI patterns, and the company design system.
• Implement parts of the front-end for your designs and collaborate with engineering for perfect execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Ability to implement some of your own designs (front-end).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
• Must be based in Europe.
• English: C1+ (Perfectly fluent) required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with fast-growing Series A–B startups.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
