What you will do

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to establish KPIs and roadmap planning for AI features.
• Define success metrics for AI-powered experiences including adoption, engagement, and user outcomes.
• Design and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities.
• Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data.
• Influence best practices for product analytics and define standards as the company scales.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Germany, Sweden, or Spain.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams on complex product KPIs.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL and using data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Grafana.
• Experience with dbt, product analytics tooling, and git version control.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for prototyping and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of observability systems.
• Familiarity with Airflow or Prefect for ETL job generation.
