What you will do

• Partner directly with the Director of Product to shape long-term mobile strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams to drive a cohesive global mobile strategy.
• Define and align core KPIs with business objectives and company OKRs to evaluate product success.
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify trends and improve market competitiveness.
• Empower product teams with methodologies and tools for independent, data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with engineering to ensure the infrastructure supports robust and scalable data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Expertise in SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau, or similar data tools.
• Strong ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain
