What you will do
- Own analytics across the self-serve Product Led Growth business and Enterprise Revenue organization.
- Define, build, and maintain KPIs that drive business performance and design scalable self-service reporting.
- Develop reusable datasets and analytics products to improve data accessibility and reliability.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer cohorts, churn drivers, pricing, and segmentation.
- Support growth experiments through measurement and evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering to improve instrumentation, event tracking, and data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence within SaaS.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python or R for analysis and modelling.
- Proficiency with modern data tools such as dbt, Redshift, GA4, HubSpot, Looker, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of subscription metrics, funnel analysis, and KPI framework design.
- Must have the right to work in Germany or the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
