What you will do

• Own analytics across the self-serve Product Led Growth business and Enterprise Revenue organization.
• Define, build, and maintain KPIs that drive business performance and design scalable self-service reporting.
• Develop reusable datasets and analytics products to improve data accessibility and reliability.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer cohorts, churn drivers, pricing, and segmentation.
• Support growth experiments through measurement and evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering to improve instrumentation, event tracking, and data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence within SaaS.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python or R for analysis and modelling.
• Proficiency with modern data tools such as dbt, Redshift, GA4, HubSpot, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of subscription metrics, funnel analysis, and KPI framework design.
• Must have the right to work in Germany or the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
