TL;DR

VIP Account Manager (Gamedev): Managing and growing relationships with high-value players in social gaming with an accent on retention, reactivation, and revenue growth. Focus on proactive outbound communication, data-driven engagement strategies, and acting as a liaison between players and studio teams to resolve issues and drive feature development.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL

Salary: $30 per hour

What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value players through high-volume daily outreach via phone and email.
  • Act as a trusted consultant and liaison between VIP players and studio teams to resolve technical issues and ensure retention.
  • Leverage data-driven workflows to identify opportunities for player engagement, reactivation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback for feature development and special promotions based on VIP research.
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics to optimize engagement strategies and meet annual productivity and quality goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently to drive revenue and manage account relationships.
  • Must be able to work in Chicago, IL.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings and travel as needed.
