What you will do

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads while actively generating new business through cold outreach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure project needs are met.
  • Use deep knowledge of UI/UX design and branding to provide customized solutions and proposals.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle in CRM tools from initial contact to closing.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the design or development industry.
  • Proven experience working with clients in the US market is essential.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design, branding, and development processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Attio, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
