What you will do

• Lead complex data science projects in collaboration with IT, engineering, and business leadership.
• Architect and build sophisticated agent systems and agentic workflows for personalized analyst experiences.
• Design and implement advanced AI tools for content planning, production, and insights creation.
• Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to integrate AI agents with enterprise systems.
• Drive model optimizations and enhancements based on business requirements and performance metrics.
• Mentor junior data scientists in AI engineering and LLM development best practices.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in advanced ML engineering and enterprise product development.
• At least 2 years of experience deploying and managing LLMs in production.
• Over 1 year of experience designing and implementing agents and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Stamford, CT.
