What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI applications and workflow automation for GTM use cases across the full product lifecycle.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into practical technical plans and production-ready AI systems.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to identify and solve workflow pain points.
• Implement modern LLM capabilities, semantic layers, and retrieval systems for knowledge-rich workflows.
• Own production quality, including debugging, monitoring, and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
• Act as "Customer Zero" by translating internal usage insights into actionable feedback for product and platform teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, machine learning engineering, or data applications.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL and experience with data-intensive applications.
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, evaluation, observability, and orchestration for AI systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver production-grade AI applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake platform capabilities, specifically Cortex and related AI workflows.
• Familiarity with GTM, sales productivity, marketing operations, or business process automation.
• Knowledge of analytics engineering, data modeling, or governed enterprise data architectures.
• Experience building internal AI assistants or recommendation systems.
