What you will do
- Handle customer conversations in German by phone and email without using scripts.
- Listen to customer needs, ask the right questions, and find the best solution for orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Stay calm and professional when customers have difficult questions or show resistance.
- Support customers flexibly from your own workspace, Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:59.
Requirements
- German: speak and write fluent German (assessed via language test and roleplay).
- Reach Rotterdam Central Station within 90 minutes.
- Be at least 18 years old on the first workday.
- Handle stress and respond well to customer resistance.
- Availability on Saturday or Monday is a must.
