Customer Service Representative German Speaking

Location: Remote from the Netherlands; candidates must be able to reach Rotterdam Central Station within 90 minutes. Availability is required on Monday and Saturday, with working hours between 08:00 and 21:59.

Salary: €15 per hour.

What you will do

• Handle customer conversations in German by phone and email without relying on scripts.
• Listen carefully, ask relevant questions, and find suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer questions about orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Remain calm and professional when handling difficult questions or resistance.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written German is required and will be assessed through a language test and roleplay.
• Must be able to reach Rotterdam Central Station within 90 minutes.
• Must be at least 18 years old on the first workday.
• Ability to handle stress and respond effectively to customer resistance.
• Availability on Monday and Saturday is required.
