What you will do

• Assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions for detecting, monitoring, and predicting risks.
• Help clients achieve sustainability ambitions and ensure compliance with existing and new reporting standards.
• Identify and prioritize sustainability issues and align the vision with corporate strategy.
• Implement processes, controls, and dashboards to measure progress for accurate reporting.
• Contribute to the internal development of the company's offer by interpreting change management innovations.
• Support business development by defining needs and participating in commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a first-class university in engineering, business, or economics.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company.
• Fundamental insight into sustainability and ESG.
• Proven business development skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in conducting relevant projects and managing teams.
• Trilingual proficiency in Dutch (must), French, and English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Strong interest and ability to quickly build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
