What you will do

• Accountable for the full project lifecycle including business requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, and testing.
• Architect and manage the deployment of hirify.global AI and digital customer experience solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with customers and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify project risks and define comprehensive mitigation plans.
• Engage in international travel up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Practical experience with AI and bot technologies such as Google Dialogflow, AWS, and Machine Learning pipelines.
• Strong background in customer experience, digital transformation, and contact center technology.
• Experience with software integration in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.

• Proficiency in Python.
