What you will do

• Partner with franchisees to develop and implement business plans and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support the consistent implementation of retail standards, brand guidelines, and operational best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching activities to strengthen partner capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new programs, digital tools, and retail initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and business performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to partner acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Retail Management.
• 7+ years of experience in retail, sales, business development, or franchise management.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is required.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret commercial data.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
