What you will do

• Communicate clearly with regulators and internal business stakeholders, simplifying complex information.
• Keep regulators informed about new products, initiatives, and ad hoc updates.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Prepare management reports for regulator meetings, internal committees, and the Board.
• Deliver regulatory training and updates to product teams and the wider business.
• Develop scalable and sustainable processes and documentation for the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or risk at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, consultancy, or regulator.
• Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment and key compliance regimes.
• Understanding of payment systems and markets with a focus on technology and mobile applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and analyze complex information to drive resolutions.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required
