What you will do

• Oversee internal real estate valuations.
• Review the quality of valuation reports submitted by external property valuation companies.
• Advise and collaborate with other departments on real estate and valuation-related matters.
• Analyze the real estate market.

Requirements

• NRVT real estate valuer qualification.
• Knowledge of Kadaster, EVS, NHG, NVM, VBO, and the Dutch housing market.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Higher education degree.
• Deep understanding of real estate market specifics, legal regulations, and valuation standards.
