Financial Health Strategy Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, Cardiff, or remote within the UK; distributed working is available within the UK, with ad hoc meetings in London.

Salary: £53,100–£71,900 depending on experience, plus a performance-linked incentive award.

What you will do

• Drive financial health strategy improvements as an individual contributor with indirect leadership responsibilities.
• Deliver strategic changes that support positive customer outcomes while protecting hirify.global’s interests.
• Work with analysts, product managers, engineers, operations, risk, and finance teams to implement changes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess change impact and monitor portfolio performance.
• Manage external partner relationships and audit adherence to hirify.global’s standards.
• Document strategy execution and maintain appropriate governance, controls, and monitoring while supporting junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience managing and auditing external partners.
• Experience developing Collections and Recoveries strategies.
• Knowledge of CONC, SYSC, Consumer Duty, and the CCA; equivalent EU regulatory knowledge is a plus.
• Leadership experience and the ability to drive strategic projects and gain approval for business changes.
• Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks while balancing desired outcomes with feasibility.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
