What you will do
- Drive Financial Health strategy improvements as an Individual Contributor within a squad structure.
- Deliver strategic changes that ensure positive customer outcomes while protecting company interests.
- Collaborate with analysts, product managers, engineers, and operations staff to implement changes.
- Analyze the impact of strategic changes and monitor portfolio performance using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Manage external partners to ensure they adhere to company standards and provide high-quality customer outcomes.
- Support the growth and professional development of junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience in Collections and Recoveries strategies.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, including CONC, SYSC, Consumer Duty, and the CCA.
- Proven experience in relationship management and auditing of external partners.
- Ability to identify, articulate, and mitigate risks associated with strategic business changes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, risk, operations, and finance teams.
- Must be based in the UK.
