What you will do

• Lead and manage team leads and condo reviewers to maintain strict service level agreements.
• Oversee pipeline review to designate priorities based on company and branch expectations.
• Provide solutions for loan-level escalations and handle complex second-level project reviews.
• Monitor, review, and resolve investor findings promptly to ensure compliance.
• Develop job aids for reviewers and lead training sessions on investor guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Management to analyze trends and error ratios through monthly meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of underwriting managerial experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
