Salary: $80,241 - $119,603

What you will do

• Lead incident triage, mitigation, and recovery processes to ensure high availability across hundreds of applications.
• Perform daily monitoring and reporting of the four Golden Signals (latency, error rate, volume, saturation).
• Design and maintain automation for deployment, testing, configuration, and scaling to reduce manual toil.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform capacity planning and load analysis to ensure systems meet forecasted demand.
• Serve as the technical liaison between platform and product teams regarding architecture and dependencies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident who has lived in the US for at least 3 years.
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or platform operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform-based provisioning.
• Ability to participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Associate certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Prior experience supporting federal agencies.
