What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop the legal team to handle complex legal matters.
• Drive the legal business model set-up in target markets in collaboration with the executive team.
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations impacting organizational operations.
• Manage company contracts, intellectual property, and litigation matters.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and daily risk mitigation for the executive team.
• Implement long-term legal strategies for compliance and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate legal roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, taxation, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven experience in drafting commercial contracts and managing litigation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in the European Region.
