Salary: $103,500 - $126,500

What you will do

• Own the migration of the legacy on-premise platform to a modern cloud-based solution, deciding what features are migrated and what are left behind.
• Build, own, and communicate the product roadmap, managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct hands-on customer discovery by spending time in repair shops to translate observations into product decisions.
• Translate customer needs into clear user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria and edge cases for engineering and QA.
• Define and measure success metrics post-launch to ensure the product meets customer needs.
• Implement AI tools across the product lifecycle and define AI-driven features for the customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in product management owning products end-to-end.
• Direct experience with legacy modernization or platform migration (on-premise to cloud).
• Proven ability to make and defend high-stakes prioritization and scope decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience conducting direct customer discovery in real-world environments.
• Strong ability to craft user stories that anticipate downstream stakeholder needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive repair software or adjacent industries.
• Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, and modern AI tools.
• Relevant degree or Pragmatic Marketing certification.
