Senior Product Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI/SaaS): Driving workplace modernization and AI-enabled workflow transformation within a large enterprise environment with an accent on product adoption and value realization. Focus on translating complex AI capabilities into actionable business requirements and managing the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in and report to the office at least three times per week in Warren, MI or Austin, TX

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and product requirements.
• Influence backlog priorities and feature enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and vendors to align delivery priorities and rollout plans.
• Present complex technical concepts and product capabilities to diverse enterprise audiences.
• Monitor success via OKRs and KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, SaaS solutions, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of gathering user needs and translating them into actionable product recommendations.
• Experience contributing to product roadmaps and managing backlogs with engineering teams.
• Ability to explain complex AI/SaaS capabilities in simple terms for business users.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise SaaS product launches and adoption strategies.
• Expertise in change management and defining product KPIs.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
