What you will do

• Own and scale the influencer and creator marketing program to drive new-customer growth.
• Develop a creator operating system from the ground up, including sourcing workflows, audience-fit scoring, and deal structures.
• Manage end-to-end creator relationships, from initial outreach and briefing to contract execution and payment.
• Transform chef menus and customer data into high-performing creative briefs for partners.
• Monitor budgets and reallocate spending toward creators and formats with the strongest commercial signal.
• Utilize AI and automation to optimize creator discovery, personalization, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing influencer, creator, or affiliate programs, ideally in D2C, ecommerce, or food brands.
• Experience managing paid creator budgets and negotiating flat fees, performance incentives, and usage rights.
• Strong analytical fluency with a deep understanding of CAC, payback, conversion, and attribution.
• Ability to build scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows rather than relying on one-off wins.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
