What you will do

  • Develop and execute influencer relations strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Draft and publish social media content for company spokespeople and executives on platforms like LinkedIn and X.
  • Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows to enhance content development and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with PR, product marketing, and developer relations to integrate influencer efforts into broader campaigns.
  • Manage and publish the company podcast and support employee advocacy programs.
  • Provide on-site support at industry events and assist with high-priority PR moments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media or PR at a fast-growing startup.
  • Minimum 2 years of video-editing experience using tools like Descript or Premiere.
  • Proven experience building AI workflows to enhance brainstorming and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Brandwatch.
  • Willingness to travel globally approximately 20% of the time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a globally distributed team.
