What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle for hirify.global platform implementations using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Manage Statement of Work (SOW) scope, track milestones, and execute change control processes.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and ensure adherence to NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP standards.
• Maintain RAID logs to proactively identify and mitigate risks unique to federal environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including deployment engineers, architects, and client-side personnel.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and health dashboards for government oversight.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract requirements.
• Active Federal Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one).
• 7+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience.
• 3–5 years of direct experience managing technical delivery within the U.S. Federal Government, DoD, or FSI ecosystems.
• Proven experience with federal procurement processes and contract types.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Nice to have

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
• Master’s degree in a technical or public policy discipline, or an MBA.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Zero Trust domains.
