What you will do

• Manage and maintain Zscaler modules (ZIA, ZDX, ZPA) across internal and client environments.
• Implement cloud security controls including web filtering, CASB, browser isolation, and DLP.
• Migrate security policies from legacy proxy environments to cloud-based services.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues and conduct regular compliance audits.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Principal Engineers to deliver critical services.
• Create technical documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Information Security or managed Security Services.
• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience deploying and administrating Zscaler.
• Strong proficiency in networking/network security (firewalls, DLP, CASB, proxy).
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and Zero Trust architecture.
• Must be based in the continental U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, GCIH, GCIA, GPEN, or CEH.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
