Location: Remote with occasional onsite visits for key meetings.

What you will do

• Design and execute enterprise ZScaler deployment strategies including ZIA, ZTA, ZPA, and ZDX.
• Integrate ZScaler data with SIEM platforms to enhance cybersecurity visibility.
• Lead testing, troubleshooting, and operational management for customer projects.
• Facilitate technical escalations to ZScaler support when necessary.
• Perform discovery, scoping, and presentation of statements of work for prospective clients.
• Provide routine status reports and executive briefs to customer leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ZScaler as a solution architect, consultant, or support professional.
• Certified ZScaler Delivery Specialist or willingness to obtain certification.
• Deep experience with ZPA is required.
• Solid understanding of network and cybersecurity fundamentals including IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and SSL.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tanium, Splunk, Crowdstrike, CRIBL, or GitLab.
• SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector experience.
• Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and OKTA.
• Relevant network and security certifications.
