What you will do

• Manage end-to-end influencer activity, including scouting, talent mapping, and contracting for the Polish market.
• Lead fee negotiations, usage rights, and deliverables in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams.
• Own proactive and reactive seeding and gifting programs to ensure optimal product placement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Polish creators and their agents.
• Plan and publish engaging content for Ninja's owned channels and manage the Polish social media community.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-led recommendations for future optimization.

Requirements

• Native Polish speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Solid hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing within the Polish consumer/lifestyle sector.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns end-to-end, including contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and current social media trends.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office.
