What you will do

• Develop and optimize the yearly Integrated Marketing Plan and budget for a designated B2B portfolio.
• Manage the entire B2B communication mix, including PR, content marketing, corporate social media, and industry events.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Sales teams to build value propositions and execute launch strategies for new high-tech features.
• Position senior executives and subject matter experts as key opinion leaders across industry media and public forums.
• Orchestrate campaigns with internal specialized teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, SEO) and external creative agencies.
• Monitor and report campaign efficiency and Brand Equity metrics to Senior Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven track record in B2B marketing management or communications.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is required.
• Metrics-driven mindset with experience turning market research and user data into high-performing campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for managing expectations at the Senior Executive level.
• Ability to work autonomously and build new solutions from scratch.
• Availability for occasional domestic travel to Poznań.
