What you will do

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord from planning through publishing.
• Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture product moments and adapt them into social-ready assets.
• Record and edit native content using tools like Screen Studio, adding text and motion overlays independently.
• Grow and manage the Discord community, sparking conversation and surfacing user feedback.
• Monitor platform analytics to track engagement and reach, using data to refine content strategy.
• Up-level the brand voice and maintain a consistent identity across all communication channels.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social media for technology or creative tools companies (portfolio required).
• Ability to perform lightweight video editing and record product moments without external production support.
• Proven ability to write sharp, platform-native copy for X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Fluency in social analytics and the ability to translate dashboard insights into content decisions.
• Experience coordinating content across cross-functional teams, including video, community, and product marketing.
• Genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape.

Nice to have

• Experience managing social for products used by creators (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Figma, Runway).
• Proven track record of growing a Discord community.
• Experience with social scheduling tools like Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer.
• Experience building a social presence from an early stage or leading a social rebrand.
• Multilingual capabilities.
