What you will do
- Execute local marketing campaigns across all business areas aligned with commercial priorities.
- Create and localize marketing content for multiple channels, including app banners.
- Manage local social media channels, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
- Coordinate co-marketing activities and in-store visibility campaigns with local restaurant and retail partners.
- Track KPIs and gather data to provide insights for improving future marketing activities.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop campaign assets and visuals.
Requirements
- Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across social, partnerships, events, and influencer channels.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (commercial, operations, and content teams).
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in using data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience in social media content management and community engagement.
- Must be based in Warsaw to support local marketing and in-store activations.
