What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team.
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration.
  • Establish and improve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with HRIS to optimize systems, improve data integrity, and expand self-service capabilities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage annual benefits open enrollment, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years leading an HR Operations or Shared Services team.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including FMLA and ADA.
  • Experience leveraging HRIS platforms to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with HR service management platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting HR technology implementations, process automation, or M&A integration.
