What you will do

• Act as the site lead for all HR matters, including management training, new hire programs, and recruiting activities.
• Maintain reporting and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and provide recommendations.
• Interpret company policies and procedures for employees.
• Investigate and analyze EEO complaints, unemployment hearings, and employee discipline cases.
• Foster employee engagement and retention through learning, development, and affinity programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, public administration, or a related field.
• Experience in employee relations, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• High level of knowledge of US human resources and payroll laws and regulations.
• Ability to research and analyze data and present findings comprehensively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of management.
