What you will do

• Own and maintain the marketing website (hirify.global.co) and associated web properties.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready pages and components.
• Manage production releases, build pipelines on Vercel, and content updates via Sanity CMS.
• Implement privacy-first marketing attribution and custom event tracking using Mixpanel, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Optimize page load performance, image delivery, and implement SEO best practices.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and maintain project dependencies.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js (or similar React frameworks).
• Experience with Vercel deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and headless CMS platforms like Sanity.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Solid understanding of web security fundamentals, including query injection and API key hygiene.
• Ability to implement server-side data collection that prioritizes user privacy.
• Proficiency in extracting specs and assets from Figma for faithful implementation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with security vulnerability remediation.
• Familiarity with Node.js version management and dependency tooling.
