What you will do

• Build and ship AI agents, APIs, and applications on internal platforms.
• Own the full lifecycle including architecture, containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Integrate AI systems with Workday, Notion, and case management tools to surface governed data.
• Design reliability infrastructure for multi-model LLM services, including fallback chains and quality controls.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to scope business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
• Maintain and contribute to shared Python codebases and Snowflake infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Strong software engineering foundation with experience in building and maintaining production applications.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with systems architecture, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Ability to work across the technical-business boundary and translate complex requirements.
