What you will do

• Design and build internal AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Develop reusable tools, APIs, and components to support agentic workflows and data collaboration.
• Implement RAG workflows, context management, and prompt patterns to improve system reliability and cost efficiency.
• Build evaluation harnesses, regression tests, and monitoring patterns for AI-agent behavior.
• Develop production-grade Python applications and libraries to support audience activation and measurement use cases.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and establish standards for AI-assisted workflows and system design.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience building production-grade software using Python.
• Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong understanding of production system design, including observability, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data clean room concepts (Snowflake Clean Rooms, Databricks Clean Rooms, LiveRamp).
• Experience with advertising technology, audience activation, or measurement workflows.
• Snowflake SnowPro or Databricks Certified Data Engineer certifications.
