Salary: $190,000 – $210,000

What you will do
- Own the analytics, engagement, and AI integration strategy for Customer Success and Support.
- Design and ship data products and automated AI workflows to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with the SVP of Customer Success to define engagement models and organizational strategy.
- Set priorities and guide the work of the analytics pod to ensure high-impact outcomes.
- Build AI-powered tools such as churn risk scoring, next-best-action systems, and automated retention playbooks.
- Establish best practices for using AI to multiply output across analytics and operating workflows.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations (e.g., management consulting, BizOps, or startup analytics).
- Proven track record of shipping data products, models, or AI-powered systems into production.
- Strong numerical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with agentic tooling like Claude is required.
- Familiarity with Customer Success or Support organizational operations.
- Self-sufficient operator capable of running end-to-end workstreams without heavy scaffolding.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
